Most support requests can be handled quickly with the links and steps below.
Common issues
- App never finds microphone input: check iPad/iPhone > Settings > Violin Quest > Microphone.
- Practice timer says zero: make sure Start was tapped and the device is not muted.
- Can’t share a recording with your teacher: use Save recording and pick a destination in the iOS share sheet.
- Want to start over: delete the profile from Settings, or uninstall the app to clear all local data.
